Development cooperation negotiations between Algeria and Germany

Algeria and Germany held a new round of talks between their governments on development cooperation from November 17 to 19, 2025, in Berlin. The meeting between the two parties took place in an atmosphere of intense and constructive discussions, with a shared desire to strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership.

Discussions focused on joint priorities, including energy transition, climate change adaptation, vocational training, youth employability, and women's entrepreneurship. On this occasion, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to consolidating ongoing projects, optimizing their impact, and identifying new opportunities for cooperation in line with sustainable development goals.
